Want to feel as graceful as gazelle and less like a wobbly giraffe when wearing heels in pole practices. This fantastic workshop will focus on basic heel technique, straighter lines, strength, condition, and flexibility of the ankles, legs and core. Get safety tips for falls and the wobbles. Know the importance of heel anatomy and how various parts of the heel can be used to facilitate smooth and flowy movements. Learn a short choreo to put together these skills and techniques, connecting movements and flowing through weight changes.
