Handspring is one of those gravity defying moves that as polers we all want to achieve. Students will learn handspring and ayesha pole mechanics, proper body alignment and strength and conditioning drills. Workshop is great for all pole levels.

• Pole Class Policy Requires all students to bring personal alcohol spray bottles and a small rag to wipe poles as needed during class

• Pole alcohol spray kits can be purchased before your class starts

• Refrain from putting lotion on the day of class

• No jewelry including rings, earring, necklaces etc
