  • Create an account by clicking Login/Register in the main menu. Once you have created an account click 'Book Now' or ‘Schedule’ to book classes. If you are a parent please view the question regarding how to book my child's classes. You can also book classes and manager your account with us through our app.

  • We accept kids from 8-14 years old.

  • Our rigging is rated to hold 1000lbs. We accept all shapes, sizes and abilities to our academy!

  • For all classes it's recommended you bring a filled water bottle. For Pole classes: Recommended 70% rubbing alcohol in a spray bottle and washcloth. For all other Aerial classes: Spray grip is recommended.

    Bottled water, alcohol spray kits and spray grips can be purchased at our academy.

  • Wear tight fitted t-shirt, short or long sleeved. NO TANK TOP. Long leggings or thick tights underneath shorts. Sports bra if applicable. NO JEWELER OF ANY KIND CAN BE WORN IN ANY OF THE CLASSES

  • Fitted tank top or t-shirt. Fitted shorts (ie. yoga, volleyball or compression shorts). For men, compression shorts underneath running or basket ball shorts or bike shorts. Sports bra if applicable. Heels are allowed but not on the mats.

    NO JEWELER OF ANY KIND CAN BE WORN IN ANY OF THE CLASSES

  • Each student under the age of 18 must have a linked parent account with ush us. Once the parent account is created follow the tutorial video in the link below to learn how to properly add a child to a parent account and schedule classes for the child.. Click the Login/Register in the menu to create an account.

  • Make sure to refrain from putting on any type of lotion or sunscreen on any part of your body the day of your class. Do not apply any type of body glitter, this not only makes you slippery, but can damage the surface of our poles. Do not wear any type cream based deodorant before your class. We sell a variety of grip aids. Ask your instructor to see what would be right for you.

  • Yes, you can book for a friend for any of our intro and all level classes. Please see the question how to add a child to your account to add any related contact you will be paying for on your account. You can always remove related contacts. Remembers that all members receive a free guest pass once a month for any new person they bring to our academy. Guest pass is for intro and all level classes only.
