Valentine's Acro Yoga Workshop

Acro yoga is a combination of yoga and acrobatics with a partner. Create balancing shapes and flows through trust and communication.

Join Academy of Aerial Fitness for their annual Halloween pole and aerial dance show. A chilling night of wicked heights and dark temptations. It will be a monster of a good time!!

Kids Aerial Fall Camp
This Fall school break give your kids a taste of the circus with our aerial camp! Students will learn skills on hammock, lyra (aerial hoop), and silks. On the last day of camp kids will show off what they learned in a small showcase.
Camp is 4 days for 3 hours from Oct. 13-16, 9AM-12PM. Ages 8-14
Price: $200/ student
Scheduled drop ins welcome with a single session price: $60/student
Minimum 3 students must be enrolled for camp to be held.
Clothing attire: Fitted shirt and leggings. For girls sports bra
Spiral Pole Workshop
Introducing a one of a kind workshop opportunity, the Spiral Pole! The world renowned spiral pole instructor, Lacy Kelly, will be coming to our academy Sept. 13. Spiral Pole is a memorizing circus pole art that allows the aerialist to flow within a large metal spiral. Lacy will teach how to move and flow through this unique apparatus.

Beginner Spiral Pole 11am-12:30pm - All levels welcome. Will introduce students to the basics of spiral pole apparatus, getting students comfortable with spinning standing and climbing.
Intermediate Spiral Pole 1-2:30pm- Pole level 3 and Aerial level 2. Explores movements such as inverts, leg hangs and shoulder stands on the spiral pole. No experience with spiral pole
Requirements: Must be comfortable performing inversions, leg hangs and shoulder mounts.
Appropriate attire includes fitted legging and shirts with sleeves or tank top.
Kids Aerial Summer Recital
🎉 Excitement is in the air! Our kid aerialists have been working hard to make this summer show one to remember. It's an event like no other, and we want you to be there! 🎉

Camp is 4 days for 3 hours 9AM-12PM. Ages 8-12
Price: $200/ student
Scheduled drop ins welcome with a single session price: $60/student
Minimum 3 students must be enrolled for camp to be held.
Maximum 8 students
Clothing attire: Fitted shirt and4 leggings. For girls sports bra
Recommend to have hair tied using soft elastic bands. NO claw hair clips or any plastic hair clips.

Academy of Aerial Fitness is hosting their annual Holiday Party Potluck. Join us for some great holiday cheer and family fun. Please bring your favorite dish or dessert Sign up sheet for potluck can be found at our front desk.

Acro Yoga Workshop

Acro Yoga will teach the correct technique for balance and strength, support points and the correct technique to achieve executions as a couple. Sign up as a single or bring your friend or significant other.

Glow Up- Twershop
Come shake it like a glowstick at our blacklight twerkshop. No experience necessary all levels welcome! The first 30 minutes will be body painting with provided neon blacklight paint. Attire is anything that glows in the dark and is comfortable to move around in. Kneepads recommend. Sneakers or barefoot.
